The pool deck area has two seating and sun-bathing sections on either wings of the infinity pool, which joins up with Kalkan's blue horizon creating a breathtaking panorama.  Up to eight people can comfortable space out, relax and sun-bathe around the pool area.  To the left of the pool area, facing the sea, is a beautiful green garden with an irrigation system.  The villa occupies a corner plot and thus not overlooked from the road level. 

A comfortable 5 minute drive from Kalkan Harbour (or around 20 minute walk) takes you to Ortaalan, where this beautiful Kalkan villa is located.  The villa is entered via a gated entrance, which leads down to a small front garden.  From the point of entry to the villa, you are greeted by a superb panorama over the infinity pool and the Mediterranean beyond.  The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, create a seamless merger of internal living space and decorative pool deck area beyond.  The living room, which is spacious and light in design, is most captivating with great attention to detail such as beautifully laid marbles, minimalist fire place and modern open plan kitchen. 

A flight of stairs lead up to the first floor consisting of a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and a double bedroom with two single beds.  Both bedrooms are sea facing with breathtaking views.  The attic floor offers yet another master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a large private terrace and outdoor seating area that affords superb views over Kalkan and Kalamar bays.
