Plan Your Villa Holiday in TurkeyWhat can owners of Turkey Holiday Villas expect? Our exclusive scheme means you’ll receive a guaranteed rental income between 1 May and 30 September. Our rental guarantee means you’ll be assured a fixed income between 1 May and 30 September, payable in two equal instalments at the beginning and the end of the season. There will be a thorough cleaning after each set of visitors. Your responsibilities: Appropriate home and contents insurance; Maintenance of house and grounds; Villa must comply with Turkey Villas Exclusive’s requirements. Please contact us for more details. What services can Turkey Villa Holiday makers expect in addition to finding lovely villas in Turkey to rent? As part of our all-inclusive package, we offer: Flights from your nearest airport; At the airport you will be met by a local representative, who will take you to your exclusive villa by luxury transport; A welcome pack upon arrival at your villa, including groceries and other essentials; An introductory tour of your villa; A hire car for the duration of your stay. This will be at your villa upon arrival; Comprehensive travel insurance; Cleaning and linen change twice a week; Optional excursions or activities in your area, eg: day trips to Greece or local attractions, parasailing or off-road adventures, jewellery or shopping tours etc; 24-hour assistance from our local representative and our London office. We will also discuss your requirements with you – we can plan as little or as much of your visit to Turkey as you want.
